Uyolo Early Bird Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The Uyolo Early Bird program is an exclusive initiative reserved for a maximum of 20 companies wishing to gain early access to the Uyolo ESG platform. By participating in the program, companies agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to all companies, regardless of industry or size, that aim to adopt an integrated ESG management approach. Participation is limited to the first 20 applicants who complete registration by March 31, 2026.

3. Program Benefits

Companies participating in the Early Bird program will receive:

A 30% discount on the annual subscription to the Uyolo platform.
Two days of free strategic consulting with ESG experts, valued at €1,000.
Early access to the platform and the opportunity to actively contribute to its development through direct feedback.

4. Registration Process

To participate in the program, companies must complete the registration form available on the official landing page (https://www.uyolo.io/it/landing) and book a free demo. Participation will be confirmed only after verification of the provided information.

5. Limitations

Availability is limited to 20 spots.
The 30% discount applies exclusively to the first year of subscription.
The free consulting days must be used within the first 6 months from enrollment.

6. Liability

Uyolo commits to providing technical support and specialized consulting to participating companies. However, Uyolo is not responsible for any delays or technical issues caused by external factors.

7. Changes to Terms

Uyolo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated to participants.
